Yoga Strong Series 1

I created Yoga Strong almost 5 years ago when I wanted to combine 2 of my favourite movement modalities; yoga & strength/ resistance training!

 

I wanted to combine the benefits of mindful movement & building strength & endurance!

 

This is a fun and challenging full body practice where Yoga meets Strength! In this 5 part class series (50 -60 minutes each) we combine yoga poses, strength/resistance training, cardio intervals, stretching, functional movement using light weights to add resistance.

 

Building & maintaining strength & flexibility is great when it comes to feeling good & building body confidence! I guarantee you that practicing these classes on a regular basis will leave you feeling strong, energized, & alive!

 

All levels of practice are welcome! All you need to bring is an open mind & a positive attitude. Modifications & options are always offered.

Functional HIIT Series 1

Enjoy this 5 part series focusing on full body functional strength & cardio moves using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

Functional movements are movements based on real life actions & situations.

Yoga & Movement Series 1 is a hybrid of inspired yoga flows & postures, functional movement, subtle strength, mobility drills, & relaxation!

This 5 class series incorporates slow, strong, & mindful movement designed to increase range motion, flexibility, subtle strength, co-ordination, & reduce stress! Enjoy classes like "Mindful Mobility Flow," "All Around Flow," "Backside Flow" & MORE! Each class is 40 - 60 minutes long & made downloadable so you can keep returning back to them forever!

If you are looking to connect to breath, build strength, increase mobility & flexibility, mitigate injury, decrease stress or move better throughout your day to day activities, than this is the Series for you!

Mobility & Movement Prep Series 1

In this 5-part mobility series (with a bonus "Yin'ish Yoga" full recovery day class) are short (10 -20 minutes long & made downloadable so you can keep them forever) full body sequences focusing on joint mobility, movement & preparation for a warm up or cool down to any movement practice or on an active recovery day.

 

Enjoy slow & controlled joint circles, mobility exercises & creative moves to prepare &/or calm down the nervous system!

Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints & muscles. Mobility training has the potential to alleviate pain sensations as well as improve our body awareness through space.

Upper Body Strength & Mobility Series 1

This an all levels 5 part series (each class is 40 - 60 minutes long) focusing on upper body strength & mobility. This series is designed to help you release "tension" & "tightness," & build strength in your shoulders, thoracic spine, neck & upper back.

Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints & muscles. Mobility training has the potential to alleviate pain sensations as well as improve our body awareness through space.
