Join me at Soma Collective Health every Tuesday from March 30th to April 20th for "Mindful Mobility Flow" from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
“Mindful Mobility Flow” is a hybrid of yoga inspired postures & flows, functional movement, subtle strength, mobility drills, & relaxation!
yoga is a 5000 year old practice from South Asia. Yoga in English translates as “heart & mind connection.” Yoga is a blend of philosophy, meditation, pranayama (breath), & yogasana (physical practice)
yoga has helped me to gain more insight to who I am by listening & honouring my body, mind & heart & putting me on a constant path to self realization.
In this class I incorporate controlled, slow, strong, & mindful movement designed to increase range motion, flexibility, strength, co-ordination, & reduce stress!
Each week we focus on a different part of the body:
Week 1- Upper Body Strength & Mobility
Week 2-Core
Week 3- Lower Body strength & Mobility
Week 4-Full body
If you are looking to build strength, increase mobility & flexibility, mitigate injury, decrease stress or move better though out your day to day activities, than this is the class for you!
